Mushrooms utilized for medicinal purposes are rarely from North America. Most mushrooms come from Asia, primarily China. In fact, China produces about 85% of the world’s mushrooms. We have selected cultivation areas in China that are deep in the mountains and far from industrial pollution. We stand by our Chinese partners 100% and source only the highest quality ingredients.

Yes! Quality control is our top priority. Before exporting the mushrooms from China, they undergo rigorous testing for microbials (bacteria, yeast and mold, E.coli, and coliforms), heavy metals, pesticides, and a final organoleptic evaluation. Once the mushrooms have arrived in the US, testing is repeated by qualified 3rd party labs for microbials, heavy metals, pesticides that exceed US standards, beta glucan testing to ensure presence of active compounds, ergosterol testing to ensure fungal purity, alpha glucan testing to guard against carriers, Reishi extracts analyzed for triterpenodids, cordyceps analyzed for cordycepin, and a final organoleptic evaluation.

All of our mushroom extracts are made using a hot water extraction (90-100 degrees) which are then spray dried to create a powder. Some of our concentrated mushroom extracts are made using both hot water & alcohol (also known as "Dual Extract" or "DE"). After these go through the hot water extraction process, they also go through a 50-95% @80 degree ethanol extraction.

    Powerhouse of mushrooms

    We had been looking for the right mushroom supplement to add to our feeding routine that fit in with our values for feeding. We came across This product and so glad we did.     Use as a preventative and dogs love

    We lost one of our dogs to Hemangiosarcoma last year. We were given three months and we started him on mushrooms and he got 10. We credit the mushrooms for making a huge difference. We started giving these as a preventative for our other dogs and we love them. The dogs love them too. We would recommend to anyone. We will keep buying more.

    I feel good about giving my dogs mushrooms

    I’ve been using this mushroom product in my 3 dogs food for the past 6 months. I have one 7yr old poodle mix who was diagnosed diabetic a year ago. He’s insulin dependent and also gets pancreatic attacks from too much fat in food.

    I also have 6yr old and 3yr old, Scottish Terrier’s which are known to die from Cancers or Liver issues.

    I feel better giving my dogs these mushrooms in every morning meal, in hopes that the organic mix of 9 mushrooms will help to boost immune systems, help improve in gut health, lower sugar levels and help the liver to be healthier too.

    If I can help aid in their quality of life even just a little by giving them supplements like this, well it’s the least a dog mom can do!!

    I’ve even started cooking homemade dog food, and stopped using dry kibble. I want to know what’s going into their bowls!
