Refund policy

Fera Pets is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! We offer free returns within 30 days of your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will send you a return label and you may return your purchased item to us for a full refund.

2. Please include your order number, purchaser name, and reason for return in your email. 

3. We do not accept any returns 30 days after your order was delivered.

4. If you believe your package was damaged during transit, we require that you contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue quickly. 

5. All refunds will receive an email confirmation.
