Fall Into Better Wellness Promotion Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions governing the Fall Into Better Wellness Promotion ("Promotion") on Fera Pets' website. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Promotional Period
 The Promotion begins on September 2, 2026 at 12:00am PT and ends September 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (the "Promotional Period"). Only purchases made on ferapets.com during the Promotional Period are eligible.

2. Promotion Details
One-time purchases: apply code FALL20 at checkout for 20% off. Promotion applies at ferapets.com/collections/sale. Autoship orders: 20% off is applied automatically to this delivery and all future recurring deliveries. No code required. The Promotion is valid only for individual consumer purchases and does not apply to wholesale or bulk orders.

3. Discounts and Codes
FALL20 must be entered at checkout to apply. Discount cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to prior purchases. No adjustments will be made to previous orders. Limit one use per customer.

4. Autoship Subscriptions
 Manage or cancel your Autoship subscription anytime here.

5. Returns and Exchanges
Returns of products purchased under the Promotion are subject to Fera Pets' standard return policy. If a qualifying purchase is returned, the discount amount will be deducted from the refund.

6. Limitations
Fera Pets reserves the right to limit the quantity of products eligible for the Promotion.
Fera Pets may modify or end this Promotion at any time. Changes will not affect orders already placed. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Fera Pets employees are not eligible for the Promotion.
