BOGO Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions governing the Buy One Get One ("Promotion") on Fera Pets' website. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Promotional Period
 The Promotion begins on October 31st, 2026 at 12:00am PT and ends November 17th, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (the "Promotional Period"). Only purchases made on ferapets.com during the Promotional Period are eligible.

2. Promotion Details
Add any two eligible items to your cart and checkout to receive the second free. Eligible items are 90ct Multivitamin Soft Chews for Dogs and 90ct Calming Soft Chews for Dogs. Mix and match: two of the same product or one of each qualify. Other products and other sizes are not eligible. The discount applies to one-time purchases only. No code required. The Promotion is valid only for individual consumer purchases for personal use and does not apply to wholesale or bulk orders.

3. Discounts and Codes
No code needed. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. Limit one free item per order. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, product, order, or shipping discounts, or applied to prior purchases. No adjustments will be made to previous orders.

4. Autoship Subscriptions
The Promotion is not valid on Autoship orders or subscriptions. Manage or cancel your Autoship subscription anytime here.

5. Returns and Exchanges
Returns of products purchased under the Promotion are subject to Fera Pets' standard return policy. If a qualifying purchase is returned, refunds are based on the amount paid for the order, divided evenly across the qualifying items.

6. Limitations
Fera Pets reserves the right to limit the quantity of products eligible for the Promotion.
Fera Pets may modify or end this Promotion at any time. Changes will not affect orders already placed. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Fera Pets employees are not eligible for the Promotion.
