Return Policy

Fera Pets is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will send you a return label and you may return your purchased item to us for a full refund or store credit. 

  1. Email customerservice@ferapets.com

  2. Please include your order number, purchaser name, and reason for return in your email. 

  3. We do not accept any returns 30 days after your order was delivered.

  4. If you believe your package was damaged during transit, we require that you contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue quickly. 

  5. If there is no scoop provided in our powder supplements, please let us know and we will send you a new scoop ASAP.

  6. If your Fish Oil pump is not working properly, please let us know and we will send you a new pump ASAP. 

  7. To cancel an order, please email customerservice@ferapets.com as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will immediately refund you. If your order has shipped, we will refund you as soon as we received the item(s) back from you. 

  8. All refunds will receive an email confirmation.
